Once clinic confirms your appointment, download and fill the case record form in detail. This filled case record has to be e-mailed to the clinic prior toonline consultation. This case record gives the doctors a fair idea about your health status. Following this you are seen online by doctor.
Case Recording :
Doctor is with the patient with 2 way video conference for about 1- 1 ½ hours for the first consultation. During this time doctor understands your complaints & your personality pattern. Once the case recording is complete, the medicine is dispatched via reliable courier services.
Follow up's :
The follow ups are done via e mail regularly every month, where you can mail us a detailed follow up about how you are doing after the remedy. Doctor evaluates these mails & recommends the necessary modification in the treatment, if necessary. In the course of treatment depending on the follow ups Doctor can request for a video follow up to evaluate your condition and help you further.
